Andreja Stevanovic is our company’s founder and the driving force behind Savus’ mission to accelerate the evolution of the commercial insurance industry. As our Chief Executive Officer, he provides the visionary leadership and strategic insight that guide our organization. Andreja boasts over 20 years in leadership positions, including service as the Executive Vice President and the Head of Insurance Business for a publicly traded company. His extensive background in business, engineering, and technology augments the Savus team’s deep technical expertise, helping to make Savus an industry-leading insurance technology provider.
Beyond the professional arena, Andreja is a devoted husband and father to two boys. He is deeply connected to the sport of rowing, which has significantly impacted his life. As a champion rower and coach for the University of California at Berkeley, he retains strong ties to the sport, including serving as President of the Friends of the California Crew.

Galina Tselenchuk, a co-founder and our Chief Product Officer, brings a powerful blend of expertise and deep passion to our product development journey. With a solid foundation in engineering and an unwavering commitment to innovation, Galina is the driving force behind our cutting-edge solutions.
With years of dedicated experience in the insurance industry, Galina's extensive knowledge spans the entire product development spectrum, from initial concepts to final execution. Her innate talent for transforming abstract ideas into tangible, user-focused products plays a pivotal role in our company's success. Galina's tireless dedication to creating intuitive and impactful technological solutions underscores her mission to make technology accessible and meaningful for all.
Beyond her professional endeavors, Galina passionately pursues her interests in design, art, and exploration through her love for travel.

Chris Kennelly, Chief Financial Officer, brings extensive financial leadership and deal structuring experience to the Savus team. He founded KNEZ Capital, an investor in the technology, technology-enabled, and real estate sectors and previously served as a Principal at Silver Lake, a global technology investment firm with nearly $100 billion in combined assets under management and committed capital. Chris was also an associate at Lighthouse Capital Partners, specializing in investments in venture-backed technology and healthcare companies.
Chris studied at the University of California at Berkeley and at Oxford University in England. He won a national championship title in men’s rowing while at U.C. Berkeley. In addition to his professional achievements, Chris is a dedicated husband, father, and an avid health and wellness enthusiast.

Radovan Stevanovic, Chief Software Architect, brings a wealth of experience in designing and implementing sophisticated technology solutions. With over a decade of experience in solution architecture, Radovan creates innovative, robust, and scalable solutions, ensuring that the applied technology aligns seamlessly with organizational objectives.
Throughout his career, Radovan has been dedicated to staying at the forefront of technological advancements, incorporating the latest industry best practices into his architectural designs. Whether it's enhancing system performance, ensuring scalability, or navigating the complexities of integration, Radovan delivers software architecture that exceed expectations.
When he is not working, Radovan loves spending time with his wife and daughter. He also enjoys traveling and hiking to explore the beauty and the challenges of nature.

Jordan Jones, Vice President of Sales, brings a wide range of expertise from years of experience serving insurance clients at large national agencies, as well as over six years in the commercial insurtech space. With a deep-rooted passion for insurance and technology, he has established himself as a leader in the Insurtech industry.
Jordan envisions a future where commercial insurance is not just a necessity but a strategic advantage for businesses. He is passionate about leveraging technology to make insurance more accessible, transparent, and efficient, ensuring that businesses can thrive without being burdened by the complexities of risk management. Jordan's expertise, coupled with his relentless commitment to client satisfaction, ensures that Savus remains at the forefront of the Insurtech revolution.
Jordan is not just a professional leader but also a passionate explorer of all things travel, live music, golf, and Northern Michigan summers at the lake with his family.

Thomas O’Keefe, our Vice President of Product, is a creative visionary who is passionate about designing user-centered technology. His vast knowledge of the product design process and seasoned industry experience makes him the ideal design leader.
Thomas brings more than fifteen years of design experience to Savus, with expertise in product design, web design, brand identity, and digital marketing. His natural ability to communicate user, stakeholder, and developer requirements is pivotal to our product’s design process. Always persistent in his pursuit of advocating for the user, Thomas’s mission is to create accessible, user-friendly, and effective solutions.
Outside of his career goals, Thomas enjoys snowboarding, mountain biking, paddle boarding, photography, and traveling.
